It is used as first and last coat paint on the inner and outer surfaces of all kinds of building materials such as wood, metal, plaster, putty, concrete, betopan, plaster, gypsum board, chipboard and mdf. Applied surfaces give a semi-matte appearance. It is a primer and topcoat paint which is designed to give a decorative appearance to all types of rusty or rusty metal surfaces and to protect them from rust.
