Definition It is an acrylic copolymer resin based, include white pigment, interior primer.

Uses of... It is a conversion primer that provides good adhesion of the paint to the surface when it is desired to paint the surfaces painted with solvent-based paint with water-based paint.
Specifications It is water based, odourless converter primer, which include pigment, has high opacity. Due to it is performed bridge function between the topcoat paint with the surface, it makes possible the topcoat paint well adhesion to surface.

Application 1 All application surface must be sound, dry and clean Old solvent based painted surface is emerized with large motive sandpaper like No: 220.Sandpaper dust and other dirt must be cleaned.
Application 2 After the surface preparation, Merbolin Converter Primer is thinned with 10 - 15% water, should be applied with brush or roller as one coat. If second coat application is necessary, should be waited twelve hour between the coats.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost.
Important Notices

Primer must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with water, after the application.
After the application, the primered surface must be protected during 24 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
Primer doesn’t empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
