Definition It is vinyl acrylic copolymer resin based, silicone modified, transparent, insulation material and paint primer.

Uses of... It can be safely used before water based paint application on surface of plaster, gypsum and concrete as a primer coat. It can be safely used as insulation material on wall, roof, terrace and bathroom for water proofing.
Specifications It is water based, odourless, environment friendly insulation material and paint primer, which is performed bridge function for topcoat adhesion to surface. Furthermore, due to its reduce absorptivity of the surface, the paint consumption is decrease.

Thin Down Ratio : For paint primer: 1 part Merboizolan 5 - 7 parts water / For insulation material: 1 part Merboizolan, 2 parts water
Application 1 All application surfaces must be sound, dry and clean Old painted, blistered and dirty surface must be cleaned by scratching and puttied with Merbolin Interior Putty or Merbolin Exterior Putty to take sound and smooth surface. The surface of puttied or plastered is sandpapered and free from dust.
Application 2 a ) Using for insulation material : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 2 parts water and applied as first coat. After drying; 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 1 parts water for second coat application. Allowing to drying, Merboizolan Insulation Primer can be applied 3,4 or 5 coats on surface, which has large crack b ) Using for paint primer : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 5 - 7 parts water and this mixture should be applied with brush or roller as one coat. c ) Using for plaster primer : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 7 parts water and this mixture should be applied same proportional on surface with brush or roller as one coat.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost.
Important Notices

Primer must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with water, after the application,.
If the primer doesn’ t thin for using aim, topcoat paint film layer can be rough.
Primer doesn’t empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
