Application 1 | All application surfaces must be sound, dry and clean Old painted, blistered and dirty surface must be cleaned by scratching and puttied with Merbolin Interior Putty or Merbolin Exterior Putty to take sound and smooth surface. The surface of puttied or plastered is sandpapered and free from dust. |
Application 2 | a ) Using for insulation material : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 2 parts water and applied as first coat. After drying; 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 1 parts water for second coat application. Allowing to drying, Merboizolan Insulation Primer can be applied 3,4 or 5 coats on surface, which has large crack b ) Using for paint primer : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 5 - 7 parts water and this mixture should be applied with brush or roller as one coat. c ) Using for plaster primer : 1 part Merboizolan Insulation Primer is thinned with 7 parts water and this mixture should be applied same proportional on surface with brush or roller as one coat. |
Storage Conditions | It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost. |
